Who Am I

Hi there! I'm Thuy Truong, and I'd love to share a bit about my journey with you. I grew up in the vibrant culture and traditions of Vietnam, which shaped a big part of who I am. Moving to the United States was a huge step, filled with uncertainties and challenges, but it also tested and strengthened my resilience.

Navigating a new world wasn’t easy, but I embraced the change with determination. Each obstacle I faced taught me something new and fueled my perseverance. This journey isn’t just about personal achievement; it’s about empowerment and inspiration for others as well.

I believe deeply in the power of education, so I earned MBAs in both Vietnam and the US. This wasn’t just about degrees; it was about proving to myself and others that we can overcome odds with hard work and dedication. My career in real estate flourished thanks to a lot of strategic thinking and relentless effort.

But my goals were never just about personal success. I wanted to help others, too. That's why I became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. This role allows me to enable positive change in people’s lives, which is incredibly fulfilling. As an author, I channel my passion for empowerment into my writing, encouraging readers to unlock their potential and grow.

Every step of the way, I've committed to continuous learning and resilience. It’s not just about transforming my life but also about helping others transform theirs. As a consultant, I strive to inspire and empower people to align with their deepest values. I also believe in giving back, so I contribute to various charitable causes.

Balancing work with family and hobbies is important to me, and I find great joy in both. This balance is what makes life truly fulfilling—helping others while also taking care of yourself.
